The overall configuration is a U-shape, featuring floating shelves on the left wall, illuminated by integrated LED lighting to maintain an open, airy feel. Upper cabinets are finished in BONDI 130 Mohair, a light neutral tone that brings visual calm and works beautifully with the home’s natural light and outdoor views. Below, BONDI Carbon Grey base cabinets introduce depth and a grounded modern feel, while Contino-style profiles keep the entire kitchen sleek and handleless.

Functional Cooking Wall and Expanded Pantry Zone

The kitchen's work areas were designed for comfort, clarity, and everyday usability. The sink sits beneath a large window, with two floating Highland Oak shelves nearby that bring both warmth and openness. The cooking area features a 36” Wolf induction cooktop with wide drawers beneath it for easy access to essentials, paired with a Wolf steam oven and convection oven stacked together for efficiency. Just beyond this zone, an expanded pantry area adds countertop space and full-height storage, all finished in Mohair to keep the look clean and consistent.

The kitchen opens naturally into a dedicated beverage and display area, featuring a 24” Sub‑Zero panel‑ready beverage center, open Highland Oak shelving, and a shallow bookshelf that blends smoothly with the living area.
