1025 Pacific is a boutique eight-unit development in the heart of Brooklyn. With custom European finishes and clean, modern layouts, these kitchens were designed to elevate daily living while complementing the architectural character of each residence. In this spotlight, we’re highlighting two of the units—Apartment 2 and Apartment 3B—each designed to maximize functionality, enhance flow, and support the open-concept lifestyle of condo living.

Unified Finishes for a Seamless Look

Both kitchens were built using Leicht’s Contino handleless line, with color-matched profiles in 130 Mohair. The primary finish throughout is BONDI in 130 Mohair, a soft, neutral tone that works beautifully with natural light. For contrast and texture, we used SYNTHIA in 222h Natural Oak, which brings a warm, organic element into each space—featured in open shelving, built-in wardrobes, and custom pantry walls.

Thoughtful Layouts, Distinct Identities

In Apartment 2, a larger three-bedroom unit, the kitchen forms an L-shape with a spacious central island. The wall of tall cabinets features built-in Miele convection and speed ovens, along with a tall open shelf in SYNTHIA, complemented by recessed LED lighting. The base cabinets along the cooking wall house a 30” Miele induction cooktop and two striking Futuro Futuro black cylindrical hoods. Across from the cooktop, the 8-foot island centers on the sink and features a panel-ready Miele dishwasher, accompanied by under-counter LED lighting that adds subtle visual interest.

Apartment 3B adopts a more compact design, featuring a U-shaped kitchen and a small peninsula return. Despite the smaller footprint, it retains many of the same design features: tall open shelving in SYNTHIA, handleless BONDI cabinetry, and full-height wall cabinets above the sink. The main cooking wall is kept minimal with a 30” Miele cooktop, Bosch convection oven, and no upper cabinets—allowing the full-height Dekton REM backsplash to shine.

Built-In Functionality and Storage

Both units were designed with functional storage in mind. All drawer inserts use our Q-Box system in natural oak—a clean, durable solution that keeps kitchen tools beautifully organized. In Apartment 2, the open-plan space continues into the dining and living areas, where a floor-to-ceiling wardrobe wall in SYNTHIA provides generous, integrated storage by the entry. In Apartment 3B, two smaller built-ins in the hallway feature the same material theme, with one concealing the washer and dryer and the other serving as general storage.

These kitchens aren’t just designed to look good in photos—they’re designed to support the real needs of condo living. Open layouts, intelligent storage, and materials that wear beautifully over time all play a role. Whether it’s the larger, entertaining-focused layout of Apartment 2 or the compact efficiency of Apartment 3B, each one reflects a distinct personality while staying true to a cohesive design language.
