The homeowners had been planning this remodel for some time, aiming to replace their outdated kitchen with a more open, bright, and intuitive design. The result is a modern European kitchen that balances warmth and efficiency, seamlessly blending with the rest of the home.
A Thoughtfully Designed Galley Layout
The kitchen follows a galley-style layout, maximizing every inch of available space. The sink and induction cooktop are positioned along the main wall for a natural workflow. In contrast, the opposite island provides additional prep space, a built-in 24” microwave drawer, and a 30” oven. A separate wall nook houses the 42” stainless steel Sub-Zero refrigerator, keeping the space open yet highly functional. To improve accessibility and organization, the base cabinets feature deep drawers with inner pull-outs, allowing for efficient storage of kitchen essentials.
